About Peter Schelzig
After leaving school with university entrance qualification in 1992 I started my 3-years apprenticeship as a cook.
I worked in different michelin star restaurants in Hamburg, Madrid and Switzerland.
Since 2003 I worked in the film catering as a freelancer where I met for the first time a food stylist and became
acquainted with Frank Weymann. Since 2012 I am part of his team.
